Health and Safety Advisor

Position: Health and Safety Advisor Hybrid Role

This position is ideal for a motivated individual reporting to the Human Resources Director. You will coordinate health and safety training, lead safety committees, and ensure compliance with Canadian safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate health and safety training and certifications

• Develop and update safety policies and training materials

• Lead the Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings

• Conduct facility inspections and address non-compliance

• Manage all WCB and Work Safe claims efficiently

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety

• 3–5 years of related experience in healthcare preferred

• CRSP or CRST designation is an asset

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• High attention to detail in safety management
