Salesforce is seeking a portfolio-level Technical Product Manager for the Agentforce Service Cloud program. You’ll own adoption across lighthouse and scaled customers, drive velocity, unblock blockers, and report progress to leadership.
You will partner with Product, Field Development Engineers, Customer Success, and Professional Services to move from zero to one thousand live customers, tying field signals to product action and evolving the deployment playbook.
