Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our innovative technology company. In this role, you will transform complex business and financial data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. You will develop financial reports, identify trends, and leverage AI-powered tools to streamline reporting and improve business performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a business analyst with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys working with data, technology, and emerging AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Develop, maintain, and automate financial reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to improve reporting processes, automate analysis, and enhance decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Experience creating financial reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting or business intelligence tools.
• Experience using AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar generative AI tools to support reporting, analysis, or workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment.
