Loepfe seeks a Products & After Sales Assistant (m/w/d) 50% to coordinate across our international service locations and internal teams in Wetzikon. You will manage warranty cases, coordinate follow-ups, and help structure complaints and technical requests with a quality focus.
You will also support product management with market analyses, launches and documentation, and prepare country-specific reports for management review.
