• Lead the development and implementation of operations excellence programs and strategies.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains throughout the organization.
• Develop and deploy best practices, methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and tools to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational changes.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within Tangerang operations and beyond.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in operations management or continuous improvement roles.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and facilitation abilities.
