Remote Pass, a UAE-based startup enabling remote work, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Employment product line:
Global Payroll and Employer of Record. You report to the CEO and will drive end-to-end domain ownership, discovery-led development, and cross-functional execution across time zones.
You’ll start hands-on and hire 2–3 PMs over time, shaping the product org, AI tooling, and payroll depth to scale operations globally in a fully remote setup.
