Job Rack is seeking a Growth Manager to own all new customer marketing and acquisition across channels, with emphasis on DTC growth and a focus on HCP and B2B engines. The role demands a results-driven operator who can scale spending efficiently while maintaining profitability.
We are fully remote with daily crossover hours, Colorado MT overlap, and a requirement to be available Tuesdays at noon MT. Compensation is $7,000–$8,000 USD per month plus incentives.
