Online Product Listing Specialist – Video Games & Electronics

We're seeking an Online Product Listing Specialist to work in our upcoming Rocklin, CA location. Listers play a critical role in Pay More's operation by testing, cleaning, and accurately listing purchased inventory so it's ready to sell — online and in-store. They ensure every item listed reflects its true condition and function before it ever reaches a customer. • Receive, organize, and prep incoming electronics, video games, and accessories for testing
• Bench-test devices and media using company checklists to verify functionality, condition, and authenticity
• Wipe personal data from every applicable device and clean items to meet listing standards
• Photograph and write accurate, detailed listings of items for sale — condition notes, specs, and serial numbers — for our website, eBay, and other marketplaces
• Research comparable listings to help confirm competitive, profitable pricing
• Maintain organized, accurate inventory records and a clean back-of-house workspace
• Collaborate with the buying and sales team so inventory moves smoothly from intake to listing to sale
• Prepare items for shipment including packaging and labeling
• You will work closely with the management team to organize workloads and meet daily listing goals.
• Insure timely and accurate fulfillment of online sales orders including careful packaging and labeling of items sold
• Track shipments and resolve any fulfillment issues

• Must have solid consumer electronics and video game knowledge — smartphones, tablets, laptops, consoles, and game media — enough to verify authenticity and spot defects
• Must be familiar with popular secondhand online marketplaces and able to quickly reference completed listings to check pricing
• Must be able to type quickly and accurately; accuracy is paramount, as you'll be entering the specs and details that sell the item - a typing test will be required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive, accuracy-critical work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to follow store protocols and procedures
• Comfortable occasionally covering the sales counter for a straightforward, system-guided transaction
• Punctual, upbeat, "get it done" attitude, team player with a professional appearance
• English proficiency required;
  Spanish speaking a plus
• Previous listing, photography, or resale experience helpful but not required
• Must be able to remain on your feet for hours at a time
• Ability to lift 25lb items
