• Educational background: Completed degree in business administration, sustainability management, environmental sciences, or a related field.
• Relevant experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in auditing or consulting, particularly in sustainability reporting or financial auditing.
• ESG reporting knowledge: Strong knowledge of current laws, regulations, and standards in ESG reporting, such as CSRD and the EU Taxonomy Regulation.
• Language skills: Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Great mindset: Customer orientation and strong communication skills, combined with a high level of independence.
