Location: New York
BILL is hiring a Growth Customer Success Manager to own a book of SMB accounts and drive product adoption across the BILL platform for AP, AR, and spend management. You will manage multiple contacts per account, prioritize priorities independently, and aim to expand revenue while protecting renewals.
You will track customer health, perform executive reviews, and uncover expansion opportunities through consistent discovery, collaborating with Scaled CSM teammates.
