Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Business Partner

• Own budgeting and forecasting for the Northeast portfolio, directly informing business decisions and strategy
• Build actionable analytics and transform messy, multi-entity data into insights and recommendations for change
• Serve as the primary business partner to the regional vice president, growth, and operations leaders, driving process improvement and regional execution
• Develop and scale best-practice dashboards and enterprise analytics by leveraging Planful and Databricks
• Lead the annual and quarterly forecasting cycle, collaborating cross-functionally to meet business-critical timelines

Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)

• 5 to 10 years of hands-on financial planning and analysis experience, preferably supporting multiple business units or regions
• Proven experience with advanced budgeting/forecasting and BI systems, especially handling complex, unstructured data
• Demonstrated business partnership skills with strong communication, ownership mindset, and adaptability in high-change environments
