We are looking for a talented
** Head of Product (Insurtech)
** to own the business strategy, commercial growth, and product roadmap for an enterprise insurance forms drafting and compliance management SaaS solution. We are a leading software organization providing cloud-based customer communications management and document automation solutions for complex, regulated industries.

* Job Duties:
*
* + Define the product vision, annual business plan, and commercial growth strategy, exploring expansion opportunities across industry verticals.
+ Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, campaign calendars, white papers, and pre-sales demonstration environments.
+ Lead the market product function and drive roadmap prioritization by translating market and regulatory requirements into concrete features and use cases.
+ Oversee the implementation methodology and collaborate with Professional Services on solution proposals, project costing, and customer onboarding.
+ Partner with Technical Operations and Customer Success to ensure high-quality operational support, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
+ Build and mentor a high-performing North American business and product team while collaborating closely with international development teams.

* Ideal Background:
*
* + 8+ years of professional experience in product management and commercial strategy within an Insurtech provider or Property & Casualty (P&C) carrier.
+ Demonstrated success taking B2B SaaS products to market and leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, and Services.
+ Strong domain expertise in P&C insurance, insurance software, document management systems, and regulatory compliance workflows.
+ Proven experience building and leading product or business teams with executive-level customer and partner engagement experience.
+ Background in both service delivery and product management is preferred.
+ Ability to travel overnight up to 50% for industry trade shows, partner forums, and client engagements.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
