In this role, you will be responsible for:

Develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with company growth and profitability targets.

Lead pricing architecture and price increase processes across channels and categories.

Optimize portfolio and mix to maximize value creation.

Improve promotional effectiveness through ROI-based investment decisions.

Define and govern trade terms and customer investment frameworks.

Build fact-based recommendations through analytics, market intelligence, and consumer insights.

Drive cross-functional alignment on commercial priorities and revenue growth initiatives.

Establish PRGM governance, KPI tracking, and performance reviews.

Support annual business planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.

Develop a value-growth mindset across commercial teams.

Experience
4-6 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, Sales Excellence, Finance, Category Management, or Consulting.

Proven experience in pricing, promotions, trade investment management, or profitability analysis.

FMCG experience strongly preferred.

Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

MBA is a plus.

Technical Capabilities
Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

Experience with Nielsen, Circana/Kantar, Power BI, TPM/TTM systems, or similar analytical tools.

Ability to build business cases, ROI models, and scenario simulations.

Strong understanding of:
