Innovation Manager for Portfolio Strategy: OLIPOP Remote

OLIPOP is hiring an Innovation Manager, a remote role reporting to the VP of Innovation. The position leads the analytical evaluation behind new product and portfolio decisions at a fast-scaling beverage business.

This is a commercially analytical innovation role rather than a pure R&D one: you decide where the brand should invest across line extensions, limited-time offers, price pack architecture and variety packs, and you build the business cases that back those calls.

• Lead analytical evaluation of line extensions, limited-time offers, price pack architecture and variety pack strategy to prioritise the innovation pipeline.
• Analyse syndicated data, retailer performance, consumer trends and internal sales data to evaluate portfolio health and identify whitespace.
• Optimise assortment and SKU productivity.
• Develop data-driven business cases integrating consumer insight, commercial opportunity, financial return, operational complexity and brand strategy.
• Partner with insights, brand, sales, finance, R&D, supply chain, operations and regulatory teams through commercialisation.

• Eight years in innovation, brand management, category management, portfolio strategy or commercial strategy within CPG.
• Experience evaluating line extensions, price pack architecture, assortment strategy or SKU productivity.
• Fluency with syndicated data such as Circana, NielsenIQ, SPINS or Numerator.
• Strong financial acumen and business case development.

Compensation: $120,000 to $135,000 plus bonus, as published by the employer.
