The Enterprise Resiliency Analyst supports the governance and administration of Ameriprise's Business Continuity, Event Response, and Disaster Recovery programs. This role partners with business leaders, technology teams, risk management, compliance and audit functions to help ensure resiliency requirements are implemented, documented, monitored, and continuously improved.
The analyst supports business continuity planning, regulatory and audit activities, policy and standards governance, resilience reporting, and enterprise resiliency exercises. This position plays a key role in strengthening the firm's ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from operational disruptions while maintaining compliance with regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Support governance activities for the Enterprise Resiliency program, including Business Continuity, Event Response, and Disaster Recovery programs.
- Develop formal written responses for regulatory examinations, audits, client due-diligence requests, and risk assessments by analyzing requirements and gathering supporting evidence.
- Maintain enterprise resiliency policies, standards, procedures, governance documentation, and program communications.
- Coordinate collection, validation, and organization of documentation and evidence supporting audits, examinations, control assessments, and regulatory reviews.
- Support business continuity exercises, event response exercises, crisis simulations, and resiliency validation activities.
- Assist Enterprise Event Response teams during significant business disruptions by supporting coordination, reporting, documentation, and communication activities.
- Support board, committee, leadership, and client reporting related to resiliency program performance and initiatives.
- Review and validate program processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Respond to and assist with requests from regulatory agencies. Assist business in evaluating compliance and in identifying key vulnerabilities and risks. Track and document compliance and validation of consistency, such as mutual fund annual FINRA responses, MSA revisions, etc.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent; or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
- Knowledge of risk management or regulatory.
- Ability to be flexible, take initiative, and problem-solve.

Base Pay SalaryThe estimated base salary for this role is $76,300 - $104,900/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
