This project applies real corporate experience to the evaluation of AI-produced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word files. The analyst will design assignments that reflect the ambiguity, time pressure, data limitations, and commercial judgement involved in high-impact professional work. Each task will progress through several conversational stages. At every stage, the analyst will review alternative outputs, select the stronger deliverable, and provide evidence explaining the decision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop realistic Excel assignments based on complex professional situations.
- Recreate analytical tasks typically performed within major companies and consultancies.
- Define source data, assumptions, business questions, required calculations, and expected outputs.
- Include PowerPoint and Word deliverables when they form part of the wider business workflow.
- Write detailed prompts requiring modelling, analysis, interpretation, and recommendation development.
- Conduct structured multi-turn conversations with a large language model.
- Review two AI-generated solutions produced during each evaluation stage.
- Check spreadsheet formulas, links, ranges, assumptions, and calculation consistency.
- Determine whether models are transparent, updateable, and suitable for professional use.
- Examine reports for completeness, accuracy, organization, and relevance to the business objective.
- Evaluate presentation materials for narrative strength and alignment with the supporting analysis.
- Detect formula errors, hardcoded results, inconsistent logic, and unsupported conclusions.
- Compare the usability and decision-making value of alternative deliverables.
- Select the preferred output and provide precise side‑by‑side reasoning.
- Record preference information in the required project format.
- Suggest targeted improvements that the model can apply during the next interaction.
- Contribute scenarios across finance, healthcare, technology, consulting, and retail.
- Cover business functions such as strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
- Apply evaluation standards consistently across different documents and use cases.
- Communicate findings clearly to reviewers and the AI training team.
Ideal Profile Candidates should have at least three years of professional experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word on significant projects within a Fortune 500 company, major financial organization, or leading consultancy. Relevant backgrounds include private equity, investment banking, financial planning and analysis, consulting, corporate strategy, marketing, human resources, and operations. Applicants should have practical experience developing complex models, management reports, analytical workbooks, and executive presentations.
Strong written and verbal communication, careful attention to detail, and sound commercial judgement are essential. Previous use of large language models or experience writing detailed prompts for AI tools is highly valued.
