Everest is recruiting a Director of Clinical Data Management for its Toronto/Markham office or remote positions in Canada. In this vital role, you will oversee clinical data operations while managing budgets and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Your role will also integrate functional departments to optimize efficiency in data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and secure databases meeting regulatory standards

• Assess resource utilization to achieve divisional goals

• Develop data management guidelines and procedures

• Facilitate client relationship management and project bids

• Recruit and develop specialized staff for optimal performance

Requirements:

• M.Sc. or lower degree with relevant experience

• Over 15 years in Clinical Data Management

• At least 3 years of managerial experience

• Familiarity with industry standards and procedures

• Proven skills in team leadership and client relations
