About the Role
Our client is searching for a highly analytical and process-oriented Operations Business Analyst to join their remote operations team. This role is crucial for identifying operational inefficiencies, gathering business requirements, and recommending solutions to improve processes and systems. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable insights and project proposals. Key Responsibilities- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across different operational units.
- Develop process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize current and proposed operational flows.
- Formulate data-driven recommendations for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and proposed changes to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of operations management principles and business process modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with experience in a remote environment.
