Partnership Development Manager; Remote

Our client is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partnership Development Manager to build and nurture vital alliances. This fully remote position is essential for expanding our client's network and impact by forging strong collaborations with corporate entities, foundations, and other non-profit organizations. You will identify potential partners, develop compelling proposals for collaboration, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success and achieve shared goals.

• Identify, research, and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and peer organizations.
• Develop and present partnership proposals outlining mutual benefits, objectives, and collaborative activities.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring clear terms and successful implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with organizational goals and campaigns.
• Track partnership progress, measure impact, and provide regular reports on partnership development efforts.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic alliances, preferably in the nonprofit sector or corporate social responsibility.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and secure partnerships with diverse organizations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of partnership structures and benefits for all parties involved.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage relationships in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  Master's degree is a plus.
