You will work closely with client teams, utilizing analytical tools and methodologies to redesign workflows and drive sustainable change.

• Map current state business processes and identify key areas for improvement and automation.

• Develop detailed implementation plans for process redesign initiatives, including change management strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and provide necessary training.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, making adjustments as needed.

• Proven experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or optimization consulting.
• Strong understanding of process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse client teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
