About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Impact Measurement Analyst to join their fully remote team. This role is crucial for assessing and reporting on the effectiveness and impact of the organization's charitable programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for designing measurement frameworks, collecting and analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable insights for program improvement and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate possesses strong quantitative skills, a deep understanding of impact assessment methodologies, and a commitment to demonstrating the value and effectiveness of the charity and voluntary sector, working independently from a home office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust frameworks for measuring program impact and social return on investment.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various program activities.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with program managers to integrate impact measurement into program design and delivery.
  • Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in impact measurement and evaluation.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with ethical standards in data collection and reporting.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in impact measurement, evaluation, or data analysis, preferably within the non-profit or social sector.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata) and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of M&E methodologies and social impact frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
