Senior Business Analyst - Insurance Platforms

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their remote-first technology team, specializing in insurance platforms . In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving the analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements to their core insurance systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, operations, and IT to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate detailed business and system requirements for insurance platform enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

• Develop comprehensive test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst , with a strong focus on insurance platforms and systems (e.g., policy administration, claims management).
• Proven ability to gather and document complex business and functional requirements.
• Deep understanding of the insurance lifecycle and related business processes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a remote team environment.
