About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Industrial Optimization Specialist to drive significant improvements in operational efficiency across their distributed business units. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying inefficiencies, and developing innovative solutions to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity on a global scale.

• Conduct remote analysis of operational data, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and areas for efficiency improvement across diverse business functions.
• Develop and propose data-driven strategies and solutions to optimize production, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Utilize advanced analytics, simulation, and modeling tools to forecast the impact of proposed changes.
• Create detailed implementation plans and work with remote teams to guide and support the execution of optimization initiatives.

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process optimization, efficiency analysis, or operations management, with a significant portion in remote or distributed environments.
• Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and simulation software.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements in complex organizations.
