Chief of Staff - US Remote
NTT DATA Services is seeking a highly motivated, senior operator to serve as Chief of Staff to the Executive Managing Director, North America Partner Growth. This high-visibility role provides operating leverage to the Executive Managing Director by driving leadership cadence, governance, executive readiness, decision follow-through, and cross-tower alignment across the North America Partner Growth operating model.

Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in business operations, program management, consulting, chief of staff, alliances, technology services, or related leadership roles.
- Proven ability to operate effectively with senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong executive communications skills, including briefing development, meeting preparation, decision summaries, and leadership messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to build operating cadence, governance mechanisms, action tracking, and escalation processes.
- Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear priorities, risks, options, and recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across sales, execution, insights, strategy, solutioning, marketing, finance, delivery, and partner teams.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.
-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $155,. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
