Merchandise Coordinator

Play a crucial role in supporting the execution of category strategies to grow our business consistently and profitably. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in a variety of tactical initiatives, including data entry and sample management, to help create and implement these strategies.

• Manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of product data within the Lifecycle Management system, ensuring timely completion of product records, attributes, SKUs, and key milestones while adhering to data governance standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, Planning, Sourcing, and Marketing teams to gather information, manage product updates, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure accurate information flows to downstream systems and business processes.
• Oversee sample management, including unboxing, organization, gathering, and setup/rankings of samples in leadership offices, storage cabinets, and conference/work rooms, as well as receiving samples and third-party packages from the distribution center and mailroom.
• Assist in preparing for key meetings by ensuring sample availability, style ranking, deck preparation, and handling ad hoc requests.
• Conduct competitive research to understand other retailers' assortments, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Support the management of seasonal assortment plans during pre-season development and throughout the season, addressing tactical business needs such as centric management, design requests, feasibility requests, vendor documents, client updates, roadmap updates, and assortment grid updates.
• Assist in internal SKU item costing, packout, article setup, and maintenance.
• Execute visual/floorset updates in partnership with visual merchandising, space, and allocation teams, including load documentation, paper dolls list, and MPQ grids.

• 1-3 years of related work experience in brand development, merchandise buying, and/or retail management.
• Demonstrated passion for product and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to take direction while also working independently to complete daily tasks.
• Efficient and accurate task completion skills.
• Curiosity and agility in adapting to change.
• Ability to accommodate home office working hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
