The person in this role understands the nuances of health policy debates and has experience creating, assessing or advocating for policy changes at the federal, state, or commercial levels.
As a member of the Policy Consulting Team, you will monitor, analyze, curate, and present on important federal and state issues that impact our client’s business imperatives, including reforms related to drug pricing, coverage, reimbursement and benefit design across public and private payers. The Policy Solutions team is steeped in Medicare and Medicare Advantage policy and payment, Medicaid and state health policy, as well as Exchange and employer plan policy issues.
The team analyzes evolving commercial payer activities and utilization management concerns. Collectively, ADVI solutions team members work seamlessly with one another to answer our clients’ most pressing business needs and deliver solutions to excel their business.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative policy analyses (e.g., coverage, reimbursement, regulatory, and legislative research) to support client projects and internal insights.
- Manage assigned projects by developing workplans, tracking timelines, coordinating resources, and supporting budget management to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Support client engagements by preparing analyses, materials, and presentations, and participating in client meetings to discuss findings and implications.
