About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Junior Operations Analyst to join their fully remote team, servicing operations within the Upington region. This role is vital for supporting and optimizing operational efficiency across the company. You will analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to process enhancements. Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management.
- Assist in the implementation of operational improvements and process changes.
- Support the optimization of logistics, supply chain, or service delivery processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather operational requirements and insights.

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with operational concepts, process mapping, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
