Senior Business Analyst

Position: Senior Business Analyst: Hybrid Role

This role requires extensive interaction with PMO leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions. You will be the product owner for assigned applications, supporting enhancements and overseeing Quality Assurance Testing to validate that solutions meet required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and analyze business and technical requirements

• Recommend process improvements for efficiency

• Liaise with stakeholders for project success

• Oversee Quality Assurance Testing and user acceptance

• Maintain PMO documents and project governance materials

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant analytical experience

• Strong skills in requirements gathering and testing

• Familiar with Microsoft tools and project management software

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; certifications advantageous
