Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning for business development

• Collaborate on win themes and proposals

• Conduct in-depth client and market analysis

• Organize proposal kick-offs and strategy reviews

• Develop marketing materials to showcase services
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field

• At least 10 years in senior roles within business development

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and lead teams

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Design
