• Implement new operational procedures and technologies, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption through virtual guidance.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational efficiency and track progress towards key objectives.
• Facilitate virtual workshops with client teams to brainstorm solutions and drive buy-in for operational changes.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure sustained operational excellence post-implementation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting with a specialization in operations, supply chain, or process improvement.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing operational enhancements that resulted in significant cost savings or efficiency gains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to model complex operational scenarios.
• Excellent virtual communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in operational excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
