About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst Consultant for their fully remote team. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that client projects meet strategic objectives and deliver tangible value. You will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into clear specifications for development teams. As a remote team member, you will excel in virtual communication and collaboration, working closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope and deliver successful outcomes.

Your analytical prowess and ability to articulate complex requirements will be key to driving project success.

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders using various techniques.
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process models.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing of solutions.
• Facilitate requirements review sessions and obtain stakeholder sign-offs.
• Support project management by tracking progress, identifying risks, and communicating status updates.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in a client-facing role.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for remote collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
