About the Role
Our client is looking for a forward-thinking Director of Strategic Operations to join their organization in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities- Develop and articulate the company's strategic operational roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead the planning and execution of major operational initiatives and transformation projects across the organization.
- Drive innovation in operational processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to achieve competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to identify strategic priorities and resource needs.
- Oversee the implementation of performance management systems and continuously monitor key operational metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and operational excellence throughout the company.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, with a strong emphasis on business transformation and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, organization-wide initiatives in a remote or distributed setting .
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data analysis tools and process optimization methodologies.
