Client Relations Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly organized and motivated Client Relations Coordinator to join their operations in Paarl. You will serve as a key point of contact, managing communication and coordinating internal resources to deliver exceptional client support.

• Manage and maintain positive relationships with a designated client portfolio.
• Coordinate client requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare client reports and presentations as required.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through initial setup processes.

• Proven experience in Client Relations , Account Management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
