About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Operations Analyst to join their remote operations team. This role is vital for examining operational data, identifying trends, and providing insights that will drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, developing reports, and collaborating with operational leaders to implement data-backed strategies. - Analyze operational data to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key operational metrics (KPIs).

- Collaborate with operations managers and teams to interpret data and implement strategic changes.
- Assist in the development and refinement of operational models and forecasts.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related analytical field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an operations analysis or business intelligence role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting data to various audiences.
