This role involves working closely with the Team Lead of Proposals & Business Development to develop high-quality written responses for diverse RFPs. Your expertise in French will be key in leading submissions for French-language projects. You'll manage bid processes and coordinate team efforts to ensure winning proposals that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create written responses for RFPs across various business lines

• Coordinate the bid process, ensuring team collaboration

• Compile and prepare client-facing documentation

• Identify and download relevant RFPs

• Execute other related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in proposal or technical writing

• Strong oral and written French and English skills

• Proficient in Google Docs, PPT, and MS Office

• Experience managing large documents and deadlines

• Flexibility for remote work and onsite collaboration
