About the Role:

Sylvan Learning in Baytown, TX is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Asset Manager to join our growing team! • Manage, track, and maintain a comprehensive inventory of corporate assets across locations
• Develop and implement asset management policies, procedures, and best practices
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of asset records and compliance with company standards
• Coordinate asset procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal
• Analyze asset lifecycle data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and facilities teams on asset planning and budgeting
• Prepare and present asset management reports to corporate leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in asset management, facilities management, or a related corporate role
• Proficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data tracking, reporting, and budgeting
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
