US Operations Manager; Fully Remote

Essential duties

• Own the end-to-end operational system that supports Studio Access delivery in the U.S.
• Design, document, and continuously improve the workflows that move work from request to delivery.
• Create clear visibility into capacity, workload, and delivery health across the U.S. team.
• Remove operational friction so Studio Managers can focus on clients instead of process problems.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks that slow delivery or reduce quality.
• Partner with leadership to ensure the operational model can support continued growth.
• Maintain high standards of process discipline and operational consistency.
• Build systems that protect delivery quality as volume increases.

• Proven experience owning operations, delivery systems, or process improvement in a service or high-volume environment.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to design practical, scalable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable operational improvements.
• Comfortable taking full ownership and operating independently in a fully remote environment.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Holds a valid Dex Management Area Director Certification (DEX-MAD) or higher Management-level Dex credential in the Sales & Customer Success domain.

• Experience in an agency, studio, professional services, or high-volume delivery environment.
• Experience scaling operations during periods of growth.
• Strong process design and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting multiple teams or work streams simultaneously.
