We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, LLMs, and AI agents, with hands‑on experience in delivering production‑ready projects in this domain. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development of enterprise applications, particularly in the legal domain, and will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end product lifecycle.

This role requires a deep understanding of transactional workflow applications, platform development, and API integration, as well as exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI‑driven enterprise applications, with a focus on the legal domain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market needs, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
• Leverage your strong understanding of AI, LLM, and AI agents to guide the development of intelligent, production‑ready solutions that expand CoCounsel offerings, our flagship AI solution for the legal industry.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers to ensure the successful implementation of AI features.
• Lead the development of exceptional transactional applications that are built to meet the needs of large law firms in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure that products meet the highest standards of security, usability, reliability, and quality.
• Utilize your knowledge of workflow applications to design and optimize processes that enhance user productivity and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows using AI and other technologies.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product‑related matters, both internally and externally.
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
