About Open Train

Open Train is the #1 platform for finding and building careers in AI training and data labeling. It helps people discover projects, build a credible profile, and apply in minutes to flexible opportunities shaping how modern AI systems work.

About AI Training Work

AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Expert reviewers assess model-generated work, identify inaccuracies, and provide clear judgments that help improve the quality, reliability, and usefulness of AI systems.

  • Remote work that can fit around other professional commitments
  • A direct opportunity to apply real-world expertise to cutting-edge AI
  • Flexible part-time work in a rapidly growing technology field
The Real Estate Practice Reviewer Role

Open Train is recruiting a Real Estate Practice Reviewer to evaluate AI-generated work products through the lens of real-world real estate practice. You will examine realistic tasks, completed agent work, supporting files, and grader score sheets.

Your role is to judge the work rather than perform or redo the underlying task. You will assess task realism, domain accuracy, grading quality, and whether reported scores are defensible.

  • Remote contractor work for eligible workers in the USA
  • Default commitment of about 10 hours per week
  • Pay of $55 to $60 per hour
  • Part-time contractor engagement
What You'll Do

You will review finished work and supporting documents, explain professional judgments clearly, and determine whether the output meets practical real estate standards. Some assignments may involve spreadsheets or PDFs where figures need to be checked and reconciled.

  • Decide whether assigned tasks reflect work that genuinely arises in your real estate specialty
  • Check standards, figures, regulations, terminology, and stated constraints for accuracy and consistency
  • Review an AI grader's yes-or-no assessments against the finished work
  • Explain disagreements with grader assessments
  • Assign a quality band based on whether a practitioner could use or accept the work
  • Compare your assessment with the reported score and provide a concise reason
  • Review documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs to determine whether figures reconcile
Requirements

You need current, hands-on experience in a real estate practice area, near-native business English, and the ability to explain professional judgments concisely. You must be able to focus on evaluating completed work without taking over the underlying task.

  • An active US real estate license or substantial hands-on experience in the selected practice area
  • Practical judgment about real estate tasks, terminology, standards, regulations, and figures
  • Experience with transactions, brokerage supervision, property or HOA portfolios, rental agreements, deposits, or damage claims, depending on the selected track
  • Near-native business English for concise written explanations
  • Ability to inspect spreadsheets or PDFs and reconcile figures
Relevant Practice Backgrounds

Several types of real estate experience may fit this role. Your background should align with the practice area you review and give you enough practical context to identify inaccurate, incomplete, or unusable work.

  • Real estate sales agents with an active US state license and at least four years closing their own transactions
  • Property or community association managers with at least four years managing real portfolios or HOAs, including budgets and reserves
  • Real estate brokers with an active broker license and at least five years supervising agents and carrying compliance responsibility
  • Counter or rental clerks with at least three years handling equipment, vehicle, or property rental agreements, deposits, and damage claims
  • Experience identifying defective disclosures, correcting contracts, reconciling reserve studies against budgets, or handling commission disputes is valuable
