About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive Project Manager focused on Business Process Improvement to join their team in Pretoria . This role is instrumental in identifying inefficiencies within the organization and implementing solutions to optimize operational workflows and enhance productivity. You will collaborate with various departments to analyze current processes, design improvements, and manage the implementation of new strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-oriented, and possesses excellent change management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and document redesigned processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of process improvements and new initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for process optimization projects.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented changes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support the adoption of new processes.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management , with a strong emphasis on business process analysis and improvement.
- Proven experience in process mapping, re-engineering, and implementation using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Experience with process modeling software and project management tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
