About the Role
Our client is actively recruiting a talented Remote Chemical Process Analyst to join their innovative team. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, focusing on analyzing and interpreting complex process data to drive efficiency and identify optimization opportunities. You will collaborate virtually with plant engineers and operations teams across various sites to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to strategic improvements.
This position is ideal for a data-driven chemical engineer who excels in analysis and thrives in a remote, collaborative work environment, making a tangible impact on process performance without geographic limitations.
- Analyze large datasets from chemical processes to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for plant operations.
- Utilize statistical analysis and modeling techniques to predict process behavior and optimize parameters.
- Collaborate virtually with site engineers to understand process challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues by analyzing process data and contributing insights.
- Support the implementation of new process control strategies and data analysis tools remotely.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in process analysis, data interpretation, or statistical modeling in a chemical manufacturing context.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel).
- Experience with process simulation software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
