A rapidly growing healthcare technology company is seeking a full-time Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of its next-generation learning and enterprise software platform. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to work with modern cloud technologies, AI-powered product experiences, and a highly collaborative engineering organization.
This is not a maintenance-focused product management position. The company is building a brand new B2B SaaS product offering. You will expand the business into the enterprise healthcare market, serving hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations. The opportunity offers significant ownership, executive visibility, and the chance to work on AI-driven solutions that are actively shaping the future of healthcare education and workforce development.
RequiredSkills & Experience
- 7+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience leading software products through the full product lifecycle
- Strong B2B SaaS product management background
- Experience supporting or launching AI-powered features or products
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Experience with Agile development processes
- SQL proficiency and comfort working with data
- Strong customer discovery and product research capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Health Tech experience
- Educational technology experience
- Experience with Snowflake or modern data platforms
- Experience working within cloud-based environments
- API integration knowledge
- Experience using Figma and Jira
