We are a fast-growing organization, currently seeking an Associate Consultant to be a part of our high-achieving, diverse, innovating team. The Opportunity This is not an entry-level role.

We are looking for a motivated professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in project management, project controls, or a related field, who is ready to grow within a fast-paced consulting environment.

As an Associate Consultant, you will work alongside senior consultants and project teams to support the planning, execution, and delivery of client engagements across a range of industries and project types.

You will bring a working knowledge of project management principles and practices, and a desire to deepen your consulting expertise in a structured, client-facing environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who has built a solid foundation in project management and is looking for the next step; moving from execution support into a broader consulting and client delivery role.

You bring analytical rigor, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset that allows you to anticipate project needs and contribute meaningfully from day one.

This is a full-time, in-office, non-remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support & Delivery Collaborate with clients and project teams to plan, develop, and manage project work, ensuring alignment with client requirements and objectives. Support the preparation of project plans, schedules, and status reports, monitoring progress against milestones and flagging risks or variances. Maintain organized project documentation and contribute to change control, action tracking, and issue logs throughout the project lifecycle.

Assist in the preparation and review of client-facing communications, presentations, and reports, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Participate in client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions, contributing to the capture of requirements and the communication of project updates. Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns and offering recommendations to meet project goals. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Training & Change Support Support the delivery of end-user training and facilitate workshops to guide stakeholders through transitions to new systems, processes, or ways of working. Contribute to organizational change management activities, including communications planning and adoption tracking. Business Analysis & Problem Solving Conduct research and analysis to identify key insights, business impacts, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in developing business solutions and recommendations tailored to client needs.

Anticipate how potential disruptions may impact project timelines and outcomes, and communicate proactively with senior team members. Internal Contributions Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts. Support the development of proposals and internal project deliverables as required. Take on special assignments as directed by senior management. Requirements Experience & Education 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, project controls, consulting, or a closely related field.

This is not an entry-level position; practical, hands-on experience is required.
