In this role, you will be responsible for

• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with company growth and profitability targets.
• Lead pricing architecture and price increase processes across channels and categories.
• Optimize portfolio and mix to maximize value creation.
• Improve promotional effectiveness through ROI-based investment decisions.
• Define and govern trade terms and customer investment frameworks.
• Build fact-based recommendations through analytics, market intelligence, and consumer insights.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on commercial priorities and revenue growth initiatives.
• Establish PRGM governance, KPI tracking, and performance reviews.
• Support annual business planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Develop a value-growth mindset across commercial teams.

About you

• 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, Sales Excellence, Finance, Category Management, or Consulting.
• Proven experience in pricing, promotions, trade investment management, or profitability analysis.
• FMCG Experience Strongly Preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with Nielsen, Circana/Kantar, Power BI, TPM/TTM systems, or similar analytical tools.
• Ability to build business cases, ROI models, and scenario simulations.
