In this remote role, you will spearhead product management within Research & Development at North Star, a division of Harris. Your primary responsibility involves leading five professionals in product management while establishing repeatable processes for intake and prioritization. Your expertise will shape the decision-making quality and delivery predictability across the product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customer discovery and success metric validation
• Design and implement governance and prioritization processes
• Coach and develop product professionals into leaders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Sales
• Enhance forecast accuracy and roadmap communication
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Product Management, 5+ leading teams
• Proven success in launching valued products
• Experience in maturing a Product operating model
• Strong instincts for product decision-making
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Elevate product quality and operational efficiency in a pivotal leadership role at North Star.
