Senior Product Manager – Digital Platform Experience – Target (Lansing, USA)

Target, a Fortune 50 retailer, seeks a Senior Product Manager to help shape and execute the digital buying experience across websites, mobile apps, and bricks‑and‑mortar stores. The role focuses on the Findability experience, creating products that enable customers to search, browse, and find what they need with ease.

• Lead product vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for the assigned product.
• Partner with engineering, UX, data science, and business stakeholders to build and launch features.
• Advocate for the product and translate stakeholder needs into prioritized backlog items.
• Own the product backlog, including stories, epics and epics, and prioritize based on impact.
• Drive data‑driven decision making by establishing relevant metrics and analyzing results.
• Champion best practices in product discovery, user research, and experimentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to remove obstacles and deliver high‑quality releases.
• Continuously iterate on the product to improve search, discovery, and overall customer experience.

• 4‑year degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise‑grade search and discovery experiences.
• Hands‑on experience with the end‑to‑end search stack from user experience to platform engineering.
• Strong data‑driven mindset: ability to define metrics, analyze data, and set priorities.
• Experience working in an agile environment with user stories, sprints, and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
• Experience building teams and mentoring junior product managers is a plus.
• Availability to work onsite at a Target location or in a remote‑first hybrid arrangement.
