Project & Program Management - remote NC residents

17-18 month contract This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside in North Carolina in case they go on-site for collaboration

We are seeking Project and Program Management professionals at multiple levels, from Associate-level project professionals to Senior and Principal-level Program Managers, to support large-scale, high-visibility initiatives.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in the following areas:

• Leading major system implementations or business transformation programs
• Leading governance forums, steering committees, and executive-level reporting
• Healthcare, health insurance, payer, TPA, PBM, claims, enrollment, or benefits administration
• Candidates should be comfortable working across business and technology teams, managing multiple stakeholders and work streams, and driving complex initiatives forward.

Depending on experience and level, responsibilities may include:

• Coordinate or lead complex projects and multiple work streams.
• Manage schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, resolve issues, align priorities, and ensure accountability.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and other business teams.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership.
• At senior levels, lead complex programs, provide cross-functional leadership, and drive strategic initiatives.

Experience levels range from professionals with project coordination experience to seasoned leaders who have managed large, complex programs.

Location:

Research Triangle candidates preferred, that can work remote but also have flexibility to go on-site.
