- Identify additional revenue opportunities while monitoring accounts receivable efforts
- Facilitate collaborations between client and employer teams to align goals and strategic initiatives
- Minimum educational requirement:
Bachelor's Degree - 0–10+ years of relevant work experience in client account management
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry practices and technical knowledge of healthcare software systems
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable, with experience managing diverse client situations
- 0–7+ years of healthcare client account management experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and practices
- Strategic thinking and initiative in driving client health awareness and management
- Analytical proficiency to support complex discussions and problem resolution
