Consultant, Business Insights; DDS Claims Reporting

This role serves as the primary liaison between DDS and assigned Claims business partners, building deep relationships to understand evolving business priorities and align reporting and analytics efforts to strategic objectives. The position manages a portfolio of reporting and dashboard requests, helping ensure solutions support self-service capabilities, reporting standardization, and consistent use of trusted data. This role partners with Claims leaders, Data Product Owners, Data Engineers, the Data Visualization Center of Excellence, and Data Governance teams to translate operational priorities into practical data and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities include facilitating requirements discussions, supporting solution design and validation, coordinating user acceptance testing and stakeholder handoffs, and ensuring business partners remain informed throughout the delivery lifecycle. The role primarily supports the Claims organization and leverages CLESS data to deliver reporting, dashboards, and business insights that support operational and strategic decision‑making. Experience with Claims data and business processes is preferred, with exposure to Property and/or Casualty Claims environments viewed favorably.

Success in this role requires a curious mindset, strong consultation, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to balance stakeholder needs while delivering meaningful business outcomes. Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI and/or Tableau is preferred, along with familiarity with AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency, accelerate analysis, and enhance delivery effectiveness. Ideal candidates will be based in Columbus, Des Moines, or Scottsdale, with remote work available within those regions.
