Keyqualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of grants/contracts administration, social services collaboration, provider agreement enforcement, or financial/accounting management experience
- OR 4+ years of equivalent experience in grants/contracts administration, community partnerships, provider agreements, or financial systems management
- Proficiency with enterprise systems and electronic procurement tools
- Strong written and oral communication skills for presentations and stakeholder coordination
- Demonstrated ability to review documentation for compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
